This all started when one of us went to a destination wedding and had no idea where to go or how much time there was between ceremony and reception, so this person may or may not have carried all their stuff in a backpack…just in case. We thought there had to be a better way. Well, guess what? There was!

HooplaGuru is a free event management app that helps you plan events such as weddings, reunions, school trips, snowboarding trips, corporate events, and more. We make communication easy and fun. The app syncs automatically to calendars so it’s easy for guests to know where to go, when to show up, and what to wear. Guests can share photos and videos and send messages to the group. The events can be set to private, so no one is showing up uninvited, or set to public, so anyone and their mom can come.
